WorkSafeBC: Proposed Regulatory Amendments – Seat Belts

Participate in WorkSafeBC’s consultation on proposed amendments to Part 16 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation

Policy, Regulation and Research Department is requesting feedback on proposed amendments to Part 16, Mobile Equipment, sections 16.21 to 16.21.1 — Seat belts, of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

Stakeholders have an opportunity to provide feedback to the proposed amendments using WorkSafeBC’s online form, via email or by mail.

Feedback will be accepted until February 2, 2024, 4:30 p.m.
