BC Crane Safety collects and protects your personal information as required by law including the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as we do not collect information from or direct services to anyone under 13 years of age.

BC Crane Safety may access your certification information to verify or disconfirm your certification status in response to enquiries in a “yes or no” answer. No other information is disclosed during this process. Assessment results are not released except with the express consent of the examinee by way of the submission of a signed release authorization.
How long do we keep your information?
BC Crane Safety keeps your information on file for as long as necessary to maintain the BC crane operator certification system.
